2.2 Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation

  • Hate speech or content promoting violence against individuals or groups

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content exploiting minors

  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide

  • Graphic violence or "gore" content

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")

2.3 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Mass unsolicited emails (spam)

  • Phishing or social engineering attacks

  • Automated calling or SMS spamming

  • Deceptive marketing practices

  • Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing scams

2.4 Security Violations

  • Attempting to breach, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any system

  • Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code

  • Denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

  • Port scanning, network probing, or penetration testing without permission

  • Circumventing security measures or access controls

  • Sharing login credentials or unauthorized access

2.5 System Abuse

  • Excessive use that degrades performance for others

  • Mining cryptocurrency using our infrastructure

  • Automated scraping or data harvesting without permission

  • Reverse engineering our systems or proprietary code

  • Reselling our services without authorization

2.6 Privacy Violations

  • Collecting personal information without consent

  • Stalking, doxxing, or publishing private information

  • Surveillance or monitoring without legal authorization

  • Violating privacy laws (PIPEDA, GDPR, CCPA)

2.7 Deceptive Practices

  • Impersonating another person, business, or entity

3. AI SYSTEMS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

If we build AI voice agents, chatbots, or automated systems for you, you agree:

3.1 Disclosure Requirements

  • Clearly disclose when customers are interacting with AI (not humans)

  • Provide option to reach a human representative

  • Ensure AI systems identify themselves accurately

3.2 Data Use Restrictions

  • Do NOT use AI systems to collect data for illegal purposes

  • Comply with all privacy laws regarding data collection

  • Do NOT use systems to harass, spam, or deceive people

  • Respect do-not-call lists and opt-out requests

3.3 Prohibited AI Use Cases

You may NOT use our AI systems for:

  • Automated decision-making that violates discrimination laws

  • Surveillance or tracking without consent

  • Generating deepfakes or misleading media

  • Impersonating real individuals without permission

  • Scraping or harvesting data from other platforms

  • Political campaigns or lobbying (without explicit consultation)

3.4 Responsible AI Practices

  • Monitor AI systems for errors, biases, or harmful outputs

  • Implement human oversight for high-stakes decisions

  • Promptly address complaints about AI behavior

  • Report suspected security or safety issues to us immediately

4. WEBSITE USE REQUIREMENTS

When using webridgeai.com, you agree to:

4.1 Respectful Conduct

  • Treat staff, contractors, and other users with respect

  • Provide accurate information in forms and communications

5.2 System Use

  • Using delivered systems in accordance with this AUP

  • Not modifying systems in ways that violate laws or terms

  • Maintaining reasonable security practices

  • Promptly reporting suspected abuse or security issues

5.3 Third-Party Compliance

  • Ensuring your use complies with third-party terms (APIs, platforms)

  • Obtaining necessary permissions and licenses

  • Respecting rate limits and usage restrictions

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

6.1 How to Report

If you become aware of violations of this AUP:

  • Services terminated without refund

  • Legal action may be pursued

7.4 Legal Action

We reserve the right to:

  • Report illegal activities to law enforcement

  • Pursue civil or criminal charges

  • Seek damages for losses incurred

  • Cooperate with investigations

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Systems we build may integrate with third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, etc.). You must also comply with their terms of service and acceptable use policies.

We are not responsible for third-party policy violations but may be required to enforce their policies in our systems.

9. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

9.1 Right to Monitor

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor systems for compliance with this AUP

  • Review usage patterns and logs

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Access systems in emergencies

9.2 Limitations

We do NOT:

  • Actively monitor all client communications

  • Review content unless abuse is reported

  • Guarantee detection of all violations

9.3 No Obligation

We are not obligated to:

  • Monitor for violations

  • Enforce this policy in all cases

  • Intervene in disputes between you and third parties

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this AUP to:

  • Reflect legal or regulatory changes

  • Address new types of abuse

  • Clarify existing provisions

Notice of Changes:

  • "Last Updated" date revised

  • Material changes communicated via email (for clients)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. DISCLAIMER

This AUP does not create any obligation for us to:

  • Monitor or police user behavior

  • Control how you use delivered systems

  • Intervene in your business practices

However, we reserve all rights to enforce this policy and take action against violations.

12. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

We will cooperate with law enforcement regarding:

  • Criminal investigations

  • Court orders and subpoenas

  • National security matters

  • Child safety investigations

We may disclose information without your consent when legally required.

13. SEVERABILITY
